Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Immunology is one of the most vibrant and dynamic fields in biomedical research. Recent advances in technologies and methodologies have produced new data which have broadened the understanding of both immune cell function itself and how dysfunction among immune cells leads to numerous inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. This special issue provides an interdisciplinary forum to assemble high-impact studies which investigate critical issues in immunology.

We encourage submissions which explore but are not limited to:

• Novel insights into the biology of immune cells related to autoimmune disorders

• The role of various immune cells and their subgroups in inflammation

• Dysregulation of immune responses and its implications for disease development

• Cross-talk between immune cells and other cellular components in chronic inflammation

• Innovative therapeutic strategies for disease management which target immune cells

• Recent advancements in both diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers related to immune cells

We welcome original research papers, comprehensive narratives, and systematic reviews, perspectives related to the aforementioned topics.

This special edition aims to bring together the most recent research addressing the role of immune cells in inflammatory and autoimmune disorders to facilitate further advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. We look forward to your contributions to this vital and rapidly evolving area of research.
