Regarding publishing and ethical standards, we adhere to the guidelines set forth by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) in "Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals" as well as the journal editing practices outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in their Code of Conduct for Journal Editors and Best Practice Guidelines.
